There has been an error between Smashwords and iBooks that may have caused all the pre-orders for Come the Wind to be dropped.  I’ve asked the engineering teams at both Apple and Smashwords to investigate.   Thank you for your patience.   I’ll send a note to the list as soon as I know more.  (note that pre-orders don’t charge until the day of publishing)
